Voice EV Advisor: Web, Telegram, Widget, and SIP Agent
Voice EV Advisor is a multi-channel AI advisor for helping users choose electric cars and plug-in hybrids through the same product logic across text and voice interfaces. It extends the EV advisor beyond a single chat surface: the same catalog-aware recommendation engine can answer in a full web app, an embedded site widget, a Telegram mini app, or a phone call routed through a SIP gateway.
Product Role
The advisor is designed for lead qualification and assisted vehicle selection. A user can describe budget, city, family size, winter use, charging constraints, body style, preferred brands, import expectations, or comparison questions in natural language. The system keeps dialog context, asks clarifying questions, grounds recommendations in the EV catalog, and turns the conversation into structured next steps for sales or support.
Web Application
As a standalone web application, the advisor gives users a focused EV selection workspace with example scenarios, long-form answers, model comparisons, and links back into the catalog. This mode is useful when a marketplace, catalog, or editorial page needs a full-screen advisory experience rather than a small chat entry point.
Website Widget
As an embeddable widget, the advisor can be dropped into a partner or landing page with a lightweight script. The widget keeps the page context, sends requests to the shared advisor API, records session events, and lets a visitor ask for vehicle recommendations without leaving the page.
Telegram Mini App
As a Telegram mini app, the advisor keeps the immediacy of a bot while adding a richer web UI. Telegram launch data is validated, the user context is mapped to a safe internal identifier, and the mini app can use the same backend dialog pipeline as the web surface.
SIP Phone Agent
As an independent phone agent, the system connects through a SIP gateway. A real call is converted into a voice pipeline with voice activity detection, speech-to-text, dialog orchestration, catalog/RAG lookups, text-to-speech, interruption-aware playback, call state, and post-call summaries. This makes the advisor available to users who prefer calling over typing.
Architecture
The key design choice is a shared advisor core with thin channel adapters. Web, widget, Telegram, and SIP entry points do not duplicate recommendation logic; they call the same backend contract and preserve channel-specific concerns at the edge: identity, latency, audio streaming, telemetry, rate limits, and handoff context.
Product Value
The project turns EV selection into a reusable conversational layer. A business can expose one advisor through multiple touchpoints, qualify intent earlier, collect cleaner requirements, and move users from vague interest to concrete model shortlists, comparisons, and purchase conversations.
